At Esperity Health, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and understand that circumstances may change, necessitating the cancellation of your subscription. We’ve established a clear and fair reimbursement policy to address such situations.
For annual subscriptions, if you decide to cancel, the cancellation will become effective from the first day of the month following your cancellation request. This means if you submit a cancellation request at any point within a month, that month will still be billed. However, you will receive a refund for the remaining months of your subscription starting from the first day of the next month.
For monthly subscriptions, your subscription will cease at the end of the month in which you request the cancellation. There will be no further charges from the subsequent month onwards.
Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted online through the settings form on your account. Upon receipt of your request, we will promptly process it and issue any applicable reimbursement as per the policy outlined above.
